Sports festival of the youth of preinduction age
From 26 to 28 September 2014 the Ministry on Education and Science of Murmansk region in cooperation with the military commissariat of Murmansk region holds a sports festival of the youth of preinduction age in Murmansk region
It will bring together 170 young people of 15-17 years old from 16 municipal units.
Festival participants will compete in 50m freestyle swimming, competition of march and songs, 2000 m run, air rifle shooting, chinup, a paramilitary relay race, as well as the team championship.
Chinup and paramilitary relay race, as well as awarding the winners of the festival will traditionally be held in a military unit.
Opening ceremony of the festival will take place September 27 at 10.00 at the central stadium “Trud” (Murmansk, Chelyuskintsev str., 1).
